Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy – Group Therapy Services All group therapy sessions are billed on a per-session basis. A standard 6-week group is priced at $35.00 per week, and full payment is required in advance to reserve a spot in the group. If insurance is being used, billing will be processed according to the client’s insurance benefits and authorization requirements. Because group therapy spaces are limited and reserved in advance, all payments are non-refundable, including missed sessions, late cancellations, or early withdrawal from the group. By enrolling, clients agree to commit to the full group experience once payment is made.
