Individual Therapy
$65-$200
We offer an accepting, supportive environment that provides an atmosphere to promote healing and change. We approach therapy with a person-centered, trauma-focused approach. Our providers use a variety of therapeutic modalities. We partner with you to help you overcome your struggles. We help with all types of mental health issues. We work with individuals who are struggling with identity and relationship problems. We help you identify goals and will work together to form a plan to meet those goals. Some of our clinicians offer a sliding fee scale for those who qualify.

Couples Therapy
$65-$200/session
We have experienced couples' counselors. You can expect to work with someone who will team up with you to better your relationship. Your counselor will help you and your significant other learn appropriate skills and work on becoming partners as well as heal from past traumatic events. You have an opportunity to learn about ways your past is currently affecting your relationship and how you can heal from that.

Life Coach Sessions
$80-100/session
Our coaches are certified and experienced in their niche. Our life coaches create their own material they utilize with clients. Each life coach has an individual approach they use with their clients. Contact our office to determine who would be the best fit for you.
Family Therapy
$65/200
We offer family therapy sessions for those who need support from their parents to initiate change. There are times when children are not always forthcoming on things they should be working on. Parents play a vital role in making sure that the therapist is aware of what the child is experiencing. It has been my experience that kids who parents participate in therapy with them are able to overcome difficulties quicker. Parents who partner with their child's therapist are able to gain skills to implement at home that will enhance the child's treatment. They are able to reinforce what the child is learning in therapy and able to help redirect the child. Parents also have an opportunity to learn new skills that may be more effective than what they are already trying.

Support Groups
$30-50/session
We offer group therapy for a variety of topics. With the recent COVID-19 pandemic, people are struggling with social anxiety more than ever. I offer group therapy for social anxiety and skills for teens and adults. Co-blended family groups, grief and loss, divorce care, managing bi-polar and co-dependency. Groups are beneficial in finding support and validation.

Affordable Counseling
Our agency offers affordable counseling services to our clients. Sometimes insurance deductibles and coinsurance requirements cause therapy costs to sky rocket. This makes it difficult to prioritize your mental health. Here at Redeeming Lives Counseling and Consulting Services, LLC, we want to partner with you to help you find the affordable care you need. We offer a sliding scale fee that allows you to pay a more affordable rate. We also have clinicians on staff who offer reduced counseling rates.
