Ideal candidates are motivated, teachable, and eager to develop skills in evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, CBT, and faith-integrated therapy. We contract with associate-level clinicians who are committed to developing into confident, skilled trauma therapists. The ideal clinician is self-motivated, open to consultation, and values ongoing professional growth. Associates in this role have the opportunity to build their caseload, strengthen their clinical foundation, and develop specialization in trauma work, including EMDR and faith-based integration when appropriate. This role is best suited for clinicians who are independent, growth-oriented, and desire both autonomy and collaborative support.
