Emotional Abuse Recovery Group 8-Week Closed Therapy Group Breaking the Cycle of Psychological Violence This supportive therapy group is designed for individuals recovering from emotional and psychological abuse. Participants will gain insight into the effects of emotional abuse while learning practical tools for healing, safety, and empowerment in a confidential and supportive environment. Topics include understanding emotional abuse, grief and loss, acknowledgement and awareness, self-compassion, self-care, healthy boundaries, safety planning, healthy relationships, and developing an exit plan and support system. This closed group offers connection, validation, education, and healing alongside others with shared experiences. Some Insurance is accepted. Refund Policy – Group Therapy Services All group therapy sessions are billed on a per-session basis. A standard 6-week group is priced at $35.00 per week, and full payment is required in advance to reserve a spot in the group. If insurance is being used, billing will be processed according to the client’s insurance benefits and authorization requirements. Because group therapy spaces are limited and reserved in advance, all payments are non-refundable, including missed sessions, late cancellations, or early withdrawal from the group. By enrolling, clients agree to commit to the full group experience once payment is made.
