I am a licensed professional counselor in Oklahoma and Texas. I’m also an EMDR‑trained therapist and currently in process toward full consultant status. I hold licensure as an LPC in Oklahoma and am recognized by EMDRIA as a continuing‑education (CEU) provider.

My hope is to make EMDR‑informed training more accessible and affordable. I plan to offer OK‑approved and EMDRIA‑approved CEUs in the spring and fall, often via online courses to help reduce barriers.

I earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University in Virginia. Early in my career I worked for a mental‑health nonprofit in Choctaw, Oklahoma, where I taught addiction‑relapse prevention and parenting classes and provided counseling to individuals and families.

I am the owner of Redeeming Lives Counseling and Consulting Services, LLC. I’m passionate about supporting people who have experienced trauma, and I view therapy through a trauma‑informed lens. Since 2021 I have been using EMDR in my therapeutic work — and have witnessed clients often stabilize more quickly and complete treatment more efficiently than with talk therapy alone.
